introduced into China in the West for more than one hundred years, and has
sprouted and developed in China. And Guangdong is a National Watercolor Art
Town, from the earliest water color painting master Li Tiefu to Wang Zhaomin,
to Hu Juzhan, Chen Xi e, Wu Zhengbin and so on. It laid a solid foundation for
Guangdong watercolor. This is also the unremitting efforts and efforts of
several generations, so the watercolor painting in Guangdong also has a good
relationship between inheritance and transcendence.
Young artists are the future and hope of Chinese fine
arts. It is expected that young artists should pay attention to the

Wu Zhengbin, Professor of Guangzhou Acmdemy of Fine
Arts, said: the Guangzhou Young Artists Association watercolor Arts Committee
was founded and gathered a group of young artists dedicated to watercolor. This
art group is mainly composed of young teachers from many colleges and
universities of art in Guangdong and young artists who graduate from the
Graduate School of the Guangzhou Academy of American Academy of art. They have
a very high starting point and are all professional origins.
From a certain point of view, the young artists have
an important significance to the inheritance and development of watercolor
painting, and also reflect the basic features of the young Watercolor Painters
in Guangdong today.
